Since entering the industry in 2003, Enrique has closed hundreds of commercial transactions, specializing in Multi-Family Housing, Retail, Land Entitlements and Development.  He earned his Business degree from Loyola Marymount University, with an emphasis in Finance, Real Estate Investments and Business Law, providing him with a strong foundation in both the financial and legal aspects of commercial real estate.
